Process to fill online form for Group Insurance (Step-by-Step)
- SSO Login: First of all login through your SSO ID and password.
- App selection: Click on SIPF (New) icon on the home page.
- OTP Verification: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and submit.
- GPA Dashboard: When the dashboard opens, click on the GPA tab at the bottom.
- Select Proposal: Click on ‘GPA Proposal’ option.
- Checking Details: Your personal information (name, department, designation etc.) will be displayed, check it carefully.
- Selection of Sum Assured: Select your desired premium option from the drop-down menu-
(A) ₹700 premium (sum assured ₹10 lakh)
(b) ₹1400 premium (sum assured ₹20 lakh)
(c) ₹ 2100 premium (sum assured ₹ 30 lakh) - Nominee Details: Select the name of your nominee and enter the percentage of their share (total should be 100%).
- Submit: Click on ‘Submit with Aadhaar OTP’. OTP will come on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar, fill it and submit final.
- Print: After successful submission, download/print the form, sign it and submit it to the PEEO office by 10th April 2026.
