Educational Qualification:

• IT: BE, B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE), MCA or NIELIT ‘B’ Level
• Finance/Credit: MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA or CFA
• CA: ICAI membership is necessary
• Security: Graduation + at least 5 years experience in Army/Police/Paramilitary Force
• Civil Engineer: 60% marks in BE Civil
• Architect: B Arch + CoA Registration

Age Limit:

• Scale I (Assistant Manager): 23 – 33 years
• Scale 2 (Manager): Minimum 23–25 years to maximum 33–35 years (depending on the post)
• Scale III (Senior Manager): Minimum 25–27 years to maximum 35–37 years (depending on the post)
• Reserved category will be given relaxation as per rules.

Fees :

• SC, ST, PWD: Rs 175
• General, OBC, EWS: Rs 1000

Salary:

• Scale-I: Rs 48,480 – 85,920 per month
• Scale-II: Rs 64,820 – 93,960 per month
• Scale-III: Rs 85,920 – Rs 1,05,280 per month

Requirements for the candidates:

• Candidates will have to complete a probation period of 1 year for Scale II and III posts. Also, after joining the job, it is necessary to work for at least 2 years.
• For this, the bank has also kept the condition of the bond-
• Scale I: Rs 2 lakh
• Scale II and III: Rs 3 lakh
• If a candidate leaves the job before 2 years, he/she will have to return the entire amount of the bond along with the notice period salary and training expenses.
